As a Cyber Security Specialist – Offensive Security / Red Teaming (m/f/d), you will become part of our ethical hacking team to uncover security weak points in IT Systems and processes. You will use the latest attack techniques and vulnerabilities to identify our customers’ security deficits before they are exploited by malicious actors. Your responsibilities include:

• Through targeted security analyses, penetration tests or red team engagements (adversary simulations), attack our customers' systems and networks
• Understand current cyber threats, identify and exploit vulnerabilities
• Acquire knowledge of attack techniques (TTPs) from advanced threat actors and implement the latest attack methods, as well as automate test cases
• Present technically complex attacks and vulnerabilities in a comprehensible way and provide our customers with solutions to protect against cyber-attacks
• Shape the development and evolution of the DTS Red team, continuously sharing knowledge with your colleagues to improve the quality of our services
• Research topics and work on the latest concepts such as evasion techniques, malware execution or lateral movement for successful Red and Purple team assignments

• First experiences in fields of IT
• Creative, have good analytical skills and think like an attacker
• Solid knowledge on Networks, Applications, Active Directory, Operating Systems (Microsoft–Linux)
• High level of interest in Offensive Security tools and control frameworks
• Familiarity with the basics of a programming/scripting language
